Morning hikes up mountains are the best, just so refreshing mentally. I totally suggest if you feel you cant do or achieve anything, take a little hike and set a goal. Once you reach the little goal, it can help with that feeling some

This little dog is a cheeky bugger. I've not been able to get a decent photo of this lil dude over the course of 2 workshops and he has just the cheekiest looking face.

I wanted to bug y’all and say another one of those sappy messages, but maybe even just get it to words for myself.

It may be difficult to properly understand self reliance or self care but if people around you or something about yourself does not help support that then I don’t believe it is good for you. My closest friends are the ones that allow me to network with other filmmakers for an entire party and then we all debrief because we can trust that these fellas at the end are my rock. I’m in a tough struggle myself, so many responsibilities or expectations and the last thing I want to do is put my own sleep on the line to try and perfect a paper I need to submit. When i do that it only makes me worse in the longer run, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg and its not this simple.

My only recommendation is just to always focus on yourself. Maybe you need to play Minecraft just to relax and refresh your motivation, maybe you should just stay in rather than force yourself to hang out because that’ll make you only more exhausted. Just understand your worth, no matter how much you are able to accomplish.
You are worth it. 💙💚

XD my current eraser smudges a lot cause it's absorbed a lot of the graphite from my pencils on the edges, and whenever I erase a mistake, I have draw dark enough that it's visible through the smudge

(I do almost all of my traditional drawing on worksheets and folders in class or in whatever notebook I have for that class)
