I was inspired by cape minecoin 2012 so i decided to just repaint and voila, and why cape viltrumate because i'm omniing so well =)
You can just do isn't not hard i used programme called paint.net just make sure you set 64*32 pixel for vanila minecraft cape
I recommend to start with redrawn or whoever orginal minecraft cape and after you going to archive some skils to make your own cape
