Lucia just wanted her beliefs to be accepted, but the village just couldn't, killing off someone even accused of witchcraft. So, she ran away to somewhere she believed she'd be safe, a swamp. Scared and alone she uses her magic to try and scare off unwanted visitors, she never intends to kill she just wants to be alone. She has a cat familiar named after the village she came from as a reminder of what it could've been. Accepting.
