1. Open your game.
2. Go into Settings, then Resource Packs.
3. Download if you haven't already, and open File Explorer. Go to the Downloads folder.
4. Press "Open Resource Pack Folder" in Minecraft. You will now have 2 File Explorer windows.
5. Drag "pmc-mob-pack-(cat type)-leafpool-warrior-cats-(number)" into the Resource Packs folder.
I hope this helped! (As I said I'm on Windows 10, and this is on java edition. Don't think this works on bedrock, plus if you're on mac it'll be different)
