When the ancient mobs die, they seem abandoned, but more often than not they are home to a little fossil lurker. usually living in the large, protected cranium of a skull of the large mobs, the lurker is a small, round worm with a huge, bright yellow eye. Usually, it is protected from the outside world in its home, hiding away in the skull. It feasts off of the brain matter slowly, and when that runs out, it has to find another corpse, lending it to be vulnerable to predators. If someone attacks the creature, the lurker can spit out small, floating balls of poisonous silk that will follow the player until it touches them, tying them up and lifting them in the air. If that doesn't deter the attacker, it can use psychic powers to move its entire home to another location in a split second to confuse the player. if one is killed, since the inside of the skull is mostly gone, the fossil can be used as a compartment.
