You know the horn sound in raids? What if there was a source for it in the raids? well this would be that dude. he would spawn in all of the waves but he wouldn't directly attack you. he would punch you if you tried to attack him but he would spawn with some kind of horn that he would use as soon as the raid group spawns in. he could also use the horn to support the other illagers, like resistance or regeneration.
