Boss mobs is a new series of mods we are starting that will add special "boss" mobs to your singleplayer Minecraft worlds. Each boss in the series will be released and updated seperately, so you can choose your favorites.
The Draconian
The Draconians are dragon half-breeds that came to the Overworld from the Nether realm. They have the abilities that dragons do, but remain human in thought and emotion. It is not yet know whether this race is hostile or hostile or passive. All that is know is that when they do fight, they breathe a barrage of fireballs towards their enemies. It is said that once you kill them, you can take part of their flesh, take the scales out of them, and then craft powerful armor.
Requires ModLoader. Simply drag and drop all contents of the zip into your Minecraft.jar and then put the dragonscale_1 and dragonscale_2 in the armor folder, along with inside the main directory.. Make sure to delete META-INF.

I do have it installed, since I can see the dragon scales from my too many items.
B) they seem to spawn in Deserts and flat areas
