The mod adds useful features to Minecraft that can be used both in PVP and in regular survival.
The mod consists of two groups: (1) a fully customizable GUI interface system which consists of various, also customizable, interfaces such as a minimap, armour status, potion status etc and
(2) useful keybinds that can make your game more efficient, biggest of which is an rpg-like actionbar system.

Features:


  • Mini-map interface - works above and under ground. Has togglable chunk grid and slime chunks modes. Can display all types of entities in customizable colours. You can also set your own waypoints. Waypoints can be teleported to if a player has permission to do so. Each server, world and dimension will have separate sets of waypoints. Press "B" to create a waypoint. Press "U" to list all the waypoints.
  • An interface displaying currently active potion effects.undefined
  • An interface displaying info about your equipped armour and item held at the time. Also shows the current amount of arrows left when there is a bow in your hotbar.undefined
  • Quick use - action bar-like system of key binds that can automatically use a set item in your hot bar without having to switch away from your currently held item. Holding the key bind lets you keep using the item like if you were holding the right mouse button. For example: placing torched, TNT, throwing potions, eating food, drinking.
  • Quick eat - addition to the previous feature with a difference of automatically eating food when holding a set key bind.
  • Better sprint - sprint without having to hold forward key (W). Uses the vanilla sprint key.
  • Toggle sneak - allows you to toggle your sneak ON/OFF and stay sneaking without having to hold anything.
  • Notification system - on-screen notifications for various things such as low hunger, low HP, danger of explosion, being shot by arrow(s) and drowning.
  • Entity Info - an interface displaying information about the living entity that you are pointing at including players.
  • XP drops - gained or lost experience flies across your screen. gainz
  • Edit Mode - interfaces can be moved around and also be centered and flipped around by pressing C/F keys to fit all your PVP needs.
  • Settings - anything can be disabled or enabled at any time! Press Y to open the settings GUI.
  • Customization - some of the interfaces provide more customization settings available in the mod settings GUI.

If the NBT tag is not set then the mod will use the standart way of determine whether a mob is hostile.
This allows modders to change when and how certain mobs are displayed on the minimap.

I'm having a problem with teleporting to waypoints via the /tp command. I can teleport fine from the waypoints menu, but when I type "/tp Home" for example, minecraft responds with "Entity 'Home' cannot be found". What am I doing wrong?

The mod uses /tp to teleport you to the waypoints when you click the teleport button (or press T). The option is there so you can change the command used when the server is using /tppos for example.

Hi. I would like to report a bug in version 1.8.9. It turns out that the mod causes some particles not to appear in the game. For example the tornadoes mod clouds "weather2-1.8.9-2.3.11"
Try to use older versions of both mods and still not working.

I have seen this issue before and the person who had it fixed it by updating the weather mod. The minimap doesn't affect normal particles, so it was an issue on their side.

Hi,
I want to report a glitch or some issue with the newest update [BetterPvP_1.13.1_Forge_1.12],
Sometimes on servers when I lag for a couple of seconds and come back, I can't wear armour nor can I take off the existing armour.
I hope that can be fixed.

Other than that, if you can help me combining this mod with Optifine, cause simply adding Optifine to the mod folder didn't work for me.

The glitch irrelevant to this mod.

Optifine is probably not compatible with 1.12 Forge yet.
hello i love u.. this is the best mod please tell me how to fix this.. i can not see other team players as a another color.. my teamates and enemies are same color.. i have chosen red for other teams (color) and my team is blue.. but it is not working.. :(

Does the "Team colours" option for "Players" work? Set "Players" to "Team colours" and "Other teams" to "Players". Meaning players will be displayed by their team colour.

"Other teams" option puts the same colour on all enemy teams, it's on "Players" by default, meaning other teams also use the "Players" option, otherwise they are displayed by the colour you've selected. I know it might be confusing.

You might have selected a single colour for all enemy teams using the "Other teams" setting which coincidentally is the same as your team colour.
MY ENTITY COLORS

Players - Dark Blue
Other Teams - Dark Red
Friendly Mobs - Gray
Hostile Mobs - Dark Gray
Items - White
Other Items - Purple

i mean this colors does not work.. my team ates and my enemies are red colors i want to fix it.. i have enable everythinggg. plss :(

Try changing "Players" to "Team colours" and "Other teams" to "Players". I think the server puts every player on a separate team to fight mods like this, I'm not sure though.
What are you using a texture pack?

Yes, it will work anywhere but make sure that it's actually allowed.
Do you think it can be made so that Health bars appear above the entity rather than on screen? Messes up my aim because I change my focus.

It's definitely possible but you can also increase the time that the entity stays on screen after you no longer point at it. Check the entity info settings.
Yes but the entity health disappears whenever they get hit, regardless of being max time.

It shouldn't disappear when they get hit, that's not how it works.
Doing that in the most recent version. I haven't tried any other versions though so I don't know.

You have the fair-play version of the mod in which radar is disabled. Get the normal version.

For some reason Minecraft gets stuck on ''Rendering setup - Loading entity renderer'' I have been using this mod for so long, I don't know what happened it used to work, I even tried to download the newer version but still isn't working. plz fix i need the minimap in skywars to see bridges and arrows
wait, ok so i figured it out you cant swap 2 mods without restarting the launcher, weird how my computer works, ill just turn this comment into a suggestion, umm, add like a direction arrow hud just the Notification doesnt tell me where its coming from (*spends time looking around for a crazed skywars sniper in a tree with a pickle*) could you use the minimap detecting arrow entities (or eggs or snowballs) that are moving fast? I want more people to know about this mod

But yes, you can see the arrows on the minimap. It's probably already too late though.
EDIT: I'm pretty sure 500k downloads only on PMC is a lot :D

slight issue with the mod confusing its self with the armor stand and the player in pvp so i cant tell how much health they have. (server is cubecraft doesnt show up durning pvp)

When i try to teloport to a wave point it says that i need to put in a command but i dont know which. Plz help me

The teleport feature uses the /tp command by default. You might need to change it in the settings.
/tppos is very common on servers.

I just tried to put the comand but it still say unknown. I put /tppos but no good. I even tried to put /tp(my player name) but still no. Is there a specific way to do it

Hey! So I am very hyped for this mod!! This mod is by far rhe best mod I have ever seen. However, if I were you I would add a few things in the coming updates:
1) I would make it so if your armor breaks and you have another set, it automatically puts that armor on.
2) A design for the eninity (I spelled that wrong) information. I feel like it is very bland.
3) Like number one, expect for swords.
