Permissions:

Level	Permission	Description
User	SparklingWarps.use	Allows to use the swarp command
User	SparklingWarps.warps.<warpname>	Allows to use the specific warp
User	SparklingWarps.all	Allows to use all warps
Admin	SparklingWarps.manage	Allows to use the admin swarp command

Config

swarps-delay: Sets the standard delay when someone uses /swarp <swarpname>.
cancel-move: true: Enables that warps are cancelled when players move.
