how did you make it that when you right click it strike's lighting or even fire cuz i want to do that but instead of using a weapon the player uses there hand

(herobrine sword is a ranged item with 100 power and 1 damage and a prucedure for when bolt hited a mob or block)

and in 1.12.2 you can press grave ~ (in 1.14.4+ (R))
to Lightning strikes around you
