Just adds a simple feature that I've been wanting for a while.
Gamerule to toggle the feature.
Allays will teleport to whoever tamed them.
Still needs some testing, only tested in singleplayer so far, so multiple people with allays may break it, please let me know if this happens.
Originally intended as a datapack, but I cannot run functions on entity tick update with MCreator.
