Description: 
It does what the name says. Select in a simple menü spawner properties for entities.
Commands which use this nbt data:

/setblock <x> <y> <z> <TileName> [dataValue] [oldBlockHandling] [dataTag]

Install: 
Download NBT Helper 
Download CreateSpawners
Put the CreateSpawners.exe in the nbthelper_plugins folder. 
Run nbthelper.exe

How to use: 

1. Open NBT-HELPER and double-click CreateSpawners

Pro Tipp:
Use Makegearedmobs to create gearedmobsspawner
                    Follow this steps to create gearedmobsspawner:
                    1. Start NBT Helper, Start Makegearedmobs, Start CreateSpawners
                    2. Select the wanted items in Makegearedmobs and press Convert
                    3. Press CopyToClipboard in the NBT Helper, open CreateSpawners
                    4. Select the wanted properties and override the second field
                          (<Insert mob nbt tags  (Equipment:)>) with CTRL+V]

  2. Select the properties of the Spawner and press Convert

4. Open Minecraft and write /setblock <x> <y> <z> <TileName> [dataValue] [oldBlockHandling]

- Can be started without Nbt Helper, by pressing convert it will do nothing or show it in the nbt helper during the next start.

I cant find the window like in the picture. I have only a white window and it is in the plugin folder

Try this version. It has sizable borders like the other plugin, try and change it.
I don't know why this happens.
