Demonic Resonance Early Version 0.2 (continuation from Umbraium)

As this is an early this is not even close to being finished but it is in a state that I will allow people to have a look at, Later on, I will post recipes and more info but as of now, you will have to get the recipes from the demonnom icon.

- Changed Demonic Mutagen to have a Blood Mixture (depending on the mixture you become a demon of ice, fire or a hybrid of the two.
- Addition Demonic Mutagen can be crafting in survival using a glass bottle and rotten flesh (WILL change in the future)
