Simple Hostile Despawn


This mod changes mob despawn behavior so that picking up items or riding boats doesn’t make mobs permanent.

In vanilla Minecraft, mobs that pick up items or sit in boats may never despawn, which can accumulate over time and cause lag.

With this mod, such mobs despawn normally. Only the items they picked up are dropped - not their default equipment (e.g., spawned armor).

Mobs with a Name Tag are always kept and do not despawn, even in Peaceful mode.
