This is my new Mod named DispensersPlus. It adds 2 new types of Dispensers. The "User" and the "Placer".
The User
It shoots the items (like the normal dispenser shoots eggs, arrows, etc, they do this with every item / block) and when the item impacts with a block it is used onto this block. (eg. bonemeal onto grass or saplings)
The Placer
It also shoots the block like the User and when it impacts with a block this block is turned into the one that was shot.
