" How It Works
Every vitamin starts at the maximum value of "6".
Vitamin levels gradually decrease approximately every three minutes. Eating a supported food restores one point of its associated vitamin, up to the maximum value.
When a vitamin reaches zero:
- Its deficiency status effect appears
- The player periodically loses "1 hunger point"
- Each missing vitamin applies its own hunger penalty
- If all four vitamins are empty, up to two full hunger icons can be removed during each vitamin cycle
