Yes, there are 1 or 2 other mods like this. But this is for 1.6.4, the others are for 1.7. And when this is done, it will heads from other mods even if the mods are not installed, unlike the other mods.

What can you do with this mod? Well, this mod makes every mob have a head!(Currently we have the King Spider Head from Twilight Forest, this is for testing purposes. We eventually plan to have heads from many mods)
Not only does the player head now have a hat layer, but you can also right click on it to change what player's skin is being applied to the head!
Just like vanilla minecraft heads, you can wear these heads! Well, enough talk, I'm sure you get what this mods all about. Go try it out for yourself!

Why I WON'T update to 1.7-changed
LOL SOMEONES ACTUALLY STILL LOOKING AT THIS MOD AND CARING ABOUT IT BEING UPDATED??? XD Well you may have noticed that I AM updating mods to 1.7+ now. Just not this one. Why? Because mods like this already exist for 1.7
