ummmm this is the easiest thing to do with MCP all you do is edit the terrain height in all of the biomes and it automatically flattens them. The reason why the mod was removed was because it is so easy to replicate and it is literally the first thing that everyone learns how to make in MCP just editing the default game configuration files.
