Adds a new Illager Mini-boss, with 2 attacks: main attack, he throws ice at you, 1 heart (two half hearts) the ice slows you down. Heal: he has a chance to heal 2.5 hearts when he is attacked. he has 45 hp (22.5 half hearts). he drops frost essence to craft a frost wand, that you can have 2 attacks, Ice throw, (right click) throws ice cubes like the Frozer. Explode (sneak + right click) causes entities in a 8 block radius to explode.
Recipe for the Frost wand is in the images. for forge java addition.

I basically made it so the mob doesn't drop the wand, and it doesn't attack itself.

Maybe next you can make a mod with a Illager boss not a mini boss like a actual boss
