Heavy Cargo Pack is an "Addon/Content" Package for the FVTM Mod.

Every Container is Repaintable int the FVTM Constructor, the Fluid Container also supports Secondary Color.
By "repaintable" I mean, any RGB color.

- changed LCC gauge attribute value to 356 (you may have to update older cranes)
