This command will summon herobrine but will not work with texture pack or any mod.
After typing the command it will show error but you just have to type this after that.
Ignore The File.

ORIGINAL COMMAND:
/gamemode survivial:summon {new:player/steve}:{upcome:"white:eyes":ascii}:player{2:steve}:[steve<minecraft_herobrine:0><minecraft_entity:303>give_power_100.1]
It will show error but then just type:
/reload [steve&lt;minecraft_herobrine:0&gt;&lt;minecraft_entity:303]
After typing the command it will show error but you just have to type this after that.
