Title
Jewelrycraft 2 is a magic mod where you can create jewelry and wear them. They render on the player and is Multiplayer compatible. You can also add objects to the pieces of jewelry as modifiers. Depending on what modifier was used different jewelry have different effects, each coming with both a positive value and a negative value. There are also certain actions that, when done, grant you Curse Points. One you have gained your first points you will have a curse upon you, some good, some bad. The more curse points you have, the more active curses you can have at once.

The mod has its own inventory, so you don't have to worry about having the jewelry occupy space in your actual inventory. This also means there is no Baubles support, because there is no need for it! The mod requires Forge version at least 10.13.0.

After you downloaded the mod simply put the mod in the mods folder. Make sure you have forge installed (at least version 10.13.0.1208). Then you can run the game and voila, the mod is installed.

Version 1.1.0 ha been released, here's the changelog (I will have to update the images in the main thread as well)

Added: 
- A GUI for Curses (default key is C)
- Curses now have localized names
- Config options to disable each curse individually or curses in general
- Config option to disable or enable extra info on jewelry (it's on by default)
- Crystals now emit particles (can be disabled through a config)
- 1 achievement
- 1 challenge (viewable in the achievements menu)
- 1 new structure
- 1 new curse
- A curse tab in the guide
- The book now remembers the last page and tab you visited
- The ability to activate or deactivate curses in creative through the Curses GUI
- A message telling you how bad of a person you are if you kill a heart
- Sound effects while the ritual is in progress

Removed: 
- The ore to ingots tab in the guide (it was more for testing anyway)

Changed:
- Changed Hearts despawn time from 30 to 45 seconds
- Hearts now are invulnerable first 3 seconds after they spawn
- "Humble Bundle" curse is now called "2 for 1"
- The guide GUI (it's fancy now)
- Crystals have a more random render
- With Pentagram curse you can now steal a maximum of 2 hearts per entity (3 if you completed the challenge)
- Moved the hearts icons so they don't conflict with the battlegears mod
- Structure spawning method so it is more reliable
- Molten metals are more reliable now
- If you destroy a full smelter it will drop 6 cobblestone, a bucket of lava and a bucket of the molten metal it contained
- The text in the guide is now slightly smaller
- Vampire Hunger now has a 50% to heal you when attacking a creature
- You will be set on fire if you go outside during the day while having Vampire Hunger active
- Aurelyium Pink Crystal to Razzium Pink Crystal
- Vazkiium Magenta Crystal to Aurelyium Magenta Crystal

Fixed: 
- Pentagram should now be visible for everybody (aka people can now see the pentagram underneath you)
- Hearts are no longer removed if in creative (so if you take damage in creative the extra hearts don't get removed)
- Cursed Eye now follows you properly
- Hearts now protect you from all damages (not just physical)
- White Hearts not adding an extra heart in multiplayer
- Some recipes being wrong in the guide
- NEI not showing the recipes of some blocks
- A lot of sync issues between the client and server (woohoo)
- Smelters will now the block if you destroy them
- The console log is a bit cleaner now
- Displayer text being weird, displaying the same text twice

Version 1.0.11 is out
Added:
- Hearts now have spawn eggs
- There is now a config option to disable structures from spawning; you can chose to disable each structure individually or every single one (note, this will disable the Shadow ore as well)
- There is now a config option to disable hearts from despawning

Removed:
- Had to remove the better Alpaca modelling system until Fisk decides to create a page where I can find all the downloads (post it on curse already :p)

Changed:
- Improved molten liquids
- Improved the Cursed Eye following the player algorithm
- Improved Hearts mechanics, now they should be a bit more reliable
- Hearts now render on the right side of the hotbar rather than the left
- Improved color detection system (should be less laggy now)

Version 1.0.10 has been released :D

Added:
- Added Crystal blocks that generate in the world
- Added a few items to generate in Dungeon chests, Blacksmith chests and Stronghold chests
- Added a total of 5 new structures that generate in the world
- The Pentagram now has an actual effect (takes 1 health from an entity that is right by the player and heals the player; if the player is at full health, an extra empty heart is added)
- The player renders in the Jewelry GUI (makes it easier for you to see how the jewelry render)
- Added different loot to chests in different places (Dungeons, Pyramids, Strongholds etc)
- Added a new 'weight' value to the Curse api

Removed:
- Removed the Crystal item

Changed:
- The Pentagram now renders beneath your feet when you look down and no longer does it in your inventory; it is also a lot smaller
- Changed Entity registration so it only uses 'registerModEntity' to fix potential issues
- Changed Crystal from craftable items to blocks that generate in the world
- Changed Jewelry Tab to not override TiCon tabs (sorry TiCon, your system is good, but not for me)
- Some curses can no longer acquired in hardcore (such as Rotten Heart, Midas Touch etc) which would make it impossible to work with and require a total restart of the game
- Updated the curse API so now people can specify when a curse can be activated (I believe the world is all you need :p)
- Curses now use a random weight system in order to get chooses (this allows for different curses to have a lower chance to appear than others)
- Midas Touch now has a lower chance of appearing

Fixed:
- Fixed NEI from overlapping the guide GUI
- Fixed an issue with the Liquids tab crashing
- Fixed Jewelers having only rings as jewelry options
- The mod is now compatible with both Java 7 and Java 8 once more

Yup, 100% Java. It is possible to write Minecraft mods in scala, but I am not familiar with tha language.

Not as of yet, but if you die a new curse replaces the current ones you have. And if you're lucky, the curse you get ends up being good. But a way to manipulate/remove curses is something I have planned.
