Lapidary is a relatively small mod for 1.18.2, 1.19.4, and 1.20.1 that allows you to create building blocks out of the previously mostly useless resource blocks. This includes blocks such as Gold tiles, Chiseled Emerald, and Cut Netherite. All blocks are made by cutting the base block in a Stonecutter. More is planned for this mod so stay tuned!
