if you drag the downloaded file into your mods folder under %appdata% then minecraft it will be added to forge or whatever minecraft mod installation you are using. I suggest you search on youtube a tutorial, there is lots of helpful guides and they are better at explaining than i can, hope that helps!

I tried to download it but it says it is a '.jar' file and it won't let me do it
Anyone know why?
