DISCLAIMER: This mod is a suite of a mod named "Minepix" which was orignally created by Spectrephoenix, but that mod was left abandonned to the 1.6 versions, for over 7 years now, with no activity ever since. I will do my "own" version of the mod, which means I will try to continue its original goal, which is adding newer content to the game, but like I said, spectrephoenix is the original creator, most of the content of this mod is based off his mod. This submission is not monetized neither, as usual.

Hello guys ! Been a while, but i'm back with a mod ! :D
So for the little back story, 7 years ago I was literally discovering other mods than Aether in 1.6, and understood how to install mods (since it used to be a pain back then, but hey i was a kid), and the first mod I've installed was called "Minepix". This mod was originally created by SpectrePhoenix, 7 years ago, but was unfortunately left abandonned to the 1.6 versions. In my opinion, it's a really simple, yet great mod that really fits to Minecraft's vanilla content, and is definitely worth a try, especially if you feel like content is missing to the game !
Indeed, this mod's purpose is to add content that could find "missing" to Minecraft, such as:
As I will be maintaining the mod from now on, that also means I will add new content to the mod ! I've actually added some new blocks, but also improved some mobs ! (such as Herobrine or the Sender for example). So my point is: feel free to suggest ideas ! (These ideas must fit the mod obviously, so suggest ideas that you would like to see in Vanilla Minecraft for example !)
This mod adds A LOT of new content, so i'm not gonna go through every single blocks/items obviously, therefore I will go into more details for "special" block or "special" items (for example I'm not gonna show a wool stairs' craft...)

Installation: drag the zip file you've downloaded in the mods folder, make sure Forge is installed. This mod won't support Fabric.

I've shown screens of the crafts which might not be easy to guess. Though, if you have a doubt on a craft, just use the /recipe to give yourself every recipes. If you don't want to cheat, use another world to use it then.

I will never ever BACKPORT any mod/addons I make, and please stop using 1.7.10 (IT'S ALMOST 6 YEARS OLD) and move forward.

Indeed, this mod's purpose is to add content that could find "missing" to Minecraft, such as:
- New Ores
- New Tools/Armors
- New Mobs
- New Trees/crops
- New Blocks
- New Items
- New Food
- Decorations (Tables/Chairs, new Stairs/Slabs and also new paintings that i've made ^^)

(such as Herobrine or the Sender for example). So my point is: feel free to suggest ideas ! New Ores
-Copper: Very common, you can find them as much as you can find coal. The tools are as powerful as stone, but you can craft an armor with it, and you will also be able to craft iron-like items in the future (like buckets or shears for example).
-Topaz: it can be found in the nether, and is as common as quartz. It has no use yet, except for the jewels' craft, but it'll have a lot more use in the future, mainly decorative.
-Onyx: Uncommon, it can only be found in the Nether. It is as powerful as iron, and is planned to be more powerful when on fire in the future.
-Ruby: it is a bit rarer than diamonds but its spawn starts at y=16. It can be mined with an iron pickaxe and is more powerful than diamond.
-Amethyst: Pretty uncommon, though it can only be found in the End. It is more powerful than Emerald. As for the armor, it spawns ender particles around you when you have the full set.
-Sapphire: a very rare ore, found in the overworld. It is the best ore of the mod. You can find them starting at y=8, and can only be mined with a diamond pickaxe at least.

Mobs
-Golden pig: that cute little golden pig is quite rare, and only spawns in plains biomes and forest biomes (and its variant). It drops the 3 new custom crops on death, as well as some gold ingot and raw porkchop. It is attracted by gold Items, and not carrots, unlike pigs. It cannot be breeded, and its drops might change in the future.
-Golden Golem: A variant of the iron golem. To summon it, use the iron golem's pattern, but use gold blocks instead. It is more powerful than an iron golem, but also a lot faster though. Though it doesn't have as much health. It drops gold ingots on death and cannot spawn naturally.
-Diamond Golem: A variant of the iron golem. Here again, use diamonds blocks instead of iron blocks to summon it. It has a lot of HPs, deals a lot of damage but is slightly slower. It drops diamonds on death and cannot spawn naturally.
-Sender: The End will be even more of a challenge now ! These golem-like endermen act just like their humanoid friends, but deal more damage and have 100hps. If you don't look at them in the eye, you will be fine. They drop ender eyes.
-Wither Creeper: This creeper can only spawn in the nether. Be careful, they may have a longer fuse time, but its explosion is bigger and deals more damage than a regular creeper. Besides, it'll leave a lingering potion of wither on death, so get away from it ! It drops gunpowder.
-Herobrine: The myth comes to life with this mod. He has 5 times more HPs than the Ender Dragon, so basically... 1000 hps ! He can one-hit kill you, even with a diamond stuff, so the best to fight it is to have a sapphire stuff, and some golden/sapphire apples as well ! Don't worry, the drop is worth it though... It'll drop one piece of the Minestuff per kill, which is the most OP set in the mod !
To summon it, you will have to use its totem. Place a mossy cobblestone, with 8 gold blocks around it. On the mossy cobblestone, you need to place a netherrack, and 4 torch of redstones on the closest gold blocks to the netherrack. Then light the netherrack, and... good luck.
There is also a screen of the steps for the totem on the main screens on top of the submission

-Enchanted Sapphire Apple: Gives you Absorption V, Strength II, Regeneration IV, Resistance, Fire Resistance.
-Pizza: gives 6/10 points of hunger to your hunger bar
-Sandwich: gives 5/10 points of hunger to your hunger bar
-Beer: gives you absorption 5 and nausea for 1:30 min

Special Sets/Tools/Bows:
List of sets, from weakest to strongest: copper, lapis, onyx. The following materials are stronger than diamond: obsidian, ruby, emerald, amethyst, sapphire
We'll go through armors/tools that can be more useful than they seem ! Each material previously listed HAS their own tools/armors, like the emerald or the ruby for example.
-Lapis Armor: isn't actually really special, but it has the highest enchantibility out of all the armors !
-Obsidian Armor: The more pieces of this armor you wear, the slower you get ! But its protection is better than diamond, and you have permanent fire resistance !
-Amethyst: its armor will give you some nice purple particle effects around you ! As for the sword, you are able to throw ender pearls while sneaking + right click ! Do not abuse of them, or you may die from the pearl !
-Sapphire: Wearing the helmet provides you permanent night vision, and the boots cancel the fall damage ! As for the sword, it gives both mining fatigue I and slowness I to an ennemy for 3 seconds with a hit !
-Minestuff: This mod adds in a new set of armor and tools. These are EXTREMELY powerful, and are only meant to be end-game stuff, and not for PVP.
With this armor, you're literally invincible, you can't take fall damage, and have some nice effects ! If you sneak in the air, you'll get Slow Falling effect.
As for the sword, it deals 20 of damage, and gives Wither I and Weakness I to any hit entity for 3 seconds.
Any of piece of this set is dropped by the almighty Herobrine, and one drop per kill.
-Ultimate Paxel: The best farming tool ever ! It instantly breaks ANY blocks in the game, and has 200,000 uses ! Digging shouldn't be a problem for you anymore with this ! To craft it, you will need 3 jewels, two sapphire sticks, and two nether stars. A costy craft, but worth it !
-Iron Bow: A slightly slower bow than the default one, but that still deals as much damage, and has more durability !
-Flaming Bow: Pretty self-explainatory, this bow will set on fire any arrows you shoot with it

-Sapphire Bow: The best bow of the game ! It shoots arrows at an incredible speed, deals more damage, and has plenty of durability !
-Wither Bow: This bow doesn't shoot arrows, but wither skulls ! It has infinite durability, and only requires one arrow for it to work ! It cannot be enchanted.

Crops/Trees
This mod adds 3 new crops: strawberry, tomato, and hops. You can only get them from the golden pig, but this will eventually change in the next update.
Strawberrys are fast to eat, and are useful to craft some new food !
Same here for tomatos, you can use them to craft new food, including DA PIZZA !
As for hops... They can be used to craft BEERS !
This mod also adds trees to the game, which only generate in forests:
-The Apple Tree: has A MUCH higher chance to drop apples from leaves
-The Lemon Tree: drops lemons, which can be eaten and used for some crafts

A small update, but needed:
-Fixed some bugs, such as the one where you couldn't place any blocks on water
-Nerfed the emerald armor (but will receive a new functionnality in the future, just not implemented yet)
-Fixed some stairs model that wouldn't render
I will try to add more content to the mod later, as I have a few high priority projects :P But this update was quite important, it allowed me to fix bugs that shouldn't have been here in the first place and nerf the emerald armor (since you can get emeralds in a village quite easily)
