you need to get Minecraft forge 1.20.1https://maven.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.20.1-47.3.1/forge-1.20.1-47.3.1-installer.jar click it you will have forge 1.20.1 open file explorer you will find forge1.20.1.jar open it click install client it will install then it will have a message after it installs saying forge successfully installed then close that open your launcher you should have an installation called forge1.20.1 hold windows key and r ten it will open the run app type "%appdata%/.minecraft" without "" then open the mods folder put "morearmor-e1480.jar" (this mod file) into the mods folder then close the file explorer then launch Minecraft there you go you put the mod in Minecraft but for other mods look at the version then go to https://files.minecraftforge.net/ select the version of the mod click the installer button ether one then it will send you to addfoc.us then download it or if addfoc.us isn't working then copy the second link in the URL paste it in a new tab the it should download that's how to do it
