Make sure Beta-APIs are enabled in the experiments tab.
Make sure the behavior pack is enabled.
Make sure you have operator.
Make sure to type something after /morph of the mob you want to turn into.
If none of these work send me your content logs. Do this by loading into the world, going into settings, going to Creator, scrolling to the bottom, and click view content logs.
If nothing works, I will try to release an update as soon as possible to fix the issue.
