UniversalTool and Paxel
These two tools can be used out of the vanilla materials and if Substratum is present it can be made out of other metals.
The Paxel is a combination of the three main tools: Pickaxe, Shovel and Axe while the UniversalTool is a combination of the Paxel and the Hoe
