I have started learning to make mods, using CubeX2's Custom Stuff mod. So far, i havent done much, but I have added some crafting recipes, and new blocks, like those seen in the image (cane blocks and varnished wood). I am however running out of ideas, so I need YOU to comment with ideas, suggestions, and other stuff. Also, tell me what you think of the (small amount of) stuff so far...

btw, the zip folder only contains images. If people are genuinely interested in using this mod, i will try to upload it. Also, I am new to modding, so it may be a while before this mod actually becomes downloadable.
Update: I have added some images of the Blackout Glass which I created. I am having problems with it though, as it goes black when a redstone current is applied, but doesnt go transparent again afterwards.
Update: added a new sort of mossy cobblestone which can be crafted! :D
Note: Before I release this mod, if you have any ideas for anything to add to it, post a comment, and I may add your ideas to the mod!

Sorted out some code. Still couldn't fix the blackout glass not going transparent again. Soon will be ready to download. Will probably make it downloadable next week, as this weekend I have a DofE gold walking expedition.

Don't have enough spare time to mod at the moment... I may make it again later, but my life is very busy at the moment, and most spare time goes to making soap man.
Now that I know someone is interested though, I'll see what I can do... :)
Because when I download the mod right now
all I get is just pictures.
So the answer is, there will not be a download for this mod, but there will be for my next mod, which will contain parts from this.
know how...I looked at this one vid but it was for
1.7....Could you by any chance make a vid if you have any
spare time on how to make a new block with this mod?
