The Orium Datapack
This datapack adds new ways to gather, process, and use resources to your survival Minecraft worlds, allowing you to advanced farther and faster than in the base game. Additionally, this datapack introduces a second enchantment system (Divination) on top of the original one!

Some information about these machines and Divinities may have changed since original tutorial recording.
Full Playlist Here

Current Version: 1.1

This datapack is for Minecraft 1.14. The .zip file contains two folders; <Orium 1.0> and <Orium 1.0 Resources>.

-Inside of ( /.minecraft/saves/<world to put datapack in>/datapacks/ ) is where the <Orium 1.0> folder goes.
-Inside of ( /.minecraft/resourcepacks/ ) is where the <Orium 1.0 Resources> folder goes.
-Either play the selected world, or if you were already playing then type /reload to activate the datapack.

This pack is designed to be multiplayer compatible (needs further testing)

The signature machine wherever it is included, the quarry can bore anywhere from a 1x1 to a 32x32 block hole straight through the world. It is not particularly fast, but it is great for passively mining a large area.
Complete Tutorial for Quarries Here

-Deep Storage Unit
DSUs are containers similar to chests that can store 2.147 billion (2^31) items, or 33.5 million stacks. They can hold any item, but only ONE type. Whatever is stored, only items with the same ID and NBT data can be additionally stored within them. A DSU can hold any item. If broken however, the items pushed into Void Storage will be lost forever, so empty it first. Crouch next to one to see how many items it has in Void Storage.
Complete Tutorial for DSUs Here

-Thermic Ovens
A convenience block that can smelt or cook indefinitely without fuel as long as there is a lava source behind it.
<No Tutorial Video>

-Mineral Compressors
A structure-dependent block that creates alloys required for custom tools and machines in this datapack.
Complete Tutorial for Mineral Compressors Here

-Laser Drills
Laser Drills are expensive-to-build passive ore generators. Currently they do not support lenses/foci to change ore gathering odds, but that will be implemented in the future.
Complete Tutorial for Laser Drills Here

Diamondsteel is an alloy that can be created in a Mineral Compressor that can be made into an Axe, Pickaxe and sword, each with their own unique capability. The axe can cut down an entire tree, the pickaxe can bore a tunnel straight forward 8 blocks, in a 3x3x3 cross shape, and the sword (currently, subject to revision) grants resistance whenever attacking.
Complete Tutorial for Diamondsteel Here

Divine Books are obtainable only through raiding chests and fishing, and occasionally will be dropped by certain mobs. Every Divine Book has a full description of what it does and what it can be applied to attached to it. Multiple can be put on a single item, however it is considerable more expensive of a process. This Tutorial goes over the original design for divinities, however they have since been updated considerably. Unlike most things in this pack, they mostly explain themselves. An entire list of Divinities will not be included here.

I love this datapack...but I cant get the quarry to work...

yes...I am in 1.14...
yes...I set up the quarry like you do in the video....
I cant place the redstone torch on the quarry like you do to start it...
It will not start with the redstone torch on any side or under...

1.14 has changed hopper transparency so that redstone torches cannot be placed on it. I changed the redstone torch to an end rod, sorry for the confusion.

Its not working for me, I tried installing it on my server but none of the recipes or blocks showed up, i made sure the it was loaded and I was usign the texture pack but it didnt work, i even tried it in singleplayer
You do have it loaded in Minecraft 1.14 right? I've noticed the most common reason it doesn't work is because people have been trying to use it in 1.13- Not sure but just a guess.

I can not, and the slate block isn't showing up even in singleplayer
Slate was removed and instead everything just uses stonebrick. I don't know why it wouldn't work otherwise without testing it, sorry.

Doesn't seem to work. Divine Books drop and display their information but cannot be applied to anything. None of the other recipes show in any crafting menu.
No other data packs installed.
The item has all required enchantments and is being dropped on top of an enchantment table? Because that is the only reason I am aware of for it not to work-

Correct. None of the machines are available either. Checked the different recipes from the video, though it looks like there's only 1 recipe included in the pack (end_rod - iron nugget & blaze rod). Not seeing any of the machines defined.
As for the recipes: The end rod recipe is the only one that I've added for a normal crafting table, I have removed Slate Bricks and Powerstone and replaced them with other things that need crafted in a Workbench. Workbench recipes don't have a guide other than my videos right now, but by Orium 1.2 I intend to have a guidebook for machines and a guidebook for Divinities explaining how to use them.

As for why it isn't working for you... I don't really know why. Make sure to check out my later videos for corrections on crafting recipes but given that you don't have any other datapacks enabled I really don't know what the problem is given that information. If you have any means to record it or anything, that would help me diagnose the problem.
