This mod adds 59 new armor sets, and 36 new items that are used to craft the sets.
About the wiki and the recipes:
To start off with is the wiki. It's still under construction and far from done :p
Whenever I have some spare time I try to update the wiki, but since most of the recipes are the same I'll give a short explanation anout the recipes.
All following recipes are shapeless unless specified differently.
9 Small diamons are made from 1 diamond.
9 Emerald shards are made from 1 emerald.
9 Lapis shards are made from 1 lapis.
9 Iron nuggets are made from 1 iron bar
Any row is made with 3 shards/nuggets in a row.
a double row is made with two rows as columns.
Any edge is made with 3 shards/nuggets in a column.
a double edge is made with two columns as rows.
The Blood stone is made With the sheep, cow, pig and chicken Blood(Diamond shaped) and a Stone Block(id No. 1) in the middle. As example

I will react to both your questions in one comment.
I am willing to update the mod to 1.7 and even to 1.8, BUT there is one thing that is with holding me from doing it right now.
There are still some things me and Iceblueleon want to do as updates. And so, when the mod is fully done(I will announce this) I am willing and capable to update the mod. So as it is for now I will stay working on version 1.6.4 but will update the mod to 1.7.*-1.8.* in a later stage when we think the mod is done.
