How to install:
1) Download the .jar
2) Place into plugins folder.
3) Reload your server if already running.
4) Go onto server and go: /plugin or /pl
5) Check to see if you can see: TooManyCommands
6) If not then redownload it, maybe?

I would like to thank you, I have search on bukkit and spigot for hours and I don't find a plugin like your, without the tp command.
Why ? Because I'm creating the Puy du Fou theme park, and it contain many show, which a use armor stand and /tp (and motion tag also) in command block.
and all the plugin modify /tp and /teleport, without you !
