PURRPURR (block + entity)
The Purrpurr Block looks like an ordinary chunk of stone... until you mine it, and it runs away!
Purrpurrs will turn back into blocks after 8 seconds.
The entity drops a single Purrpurr Block upon death. It can be healed by feeding it Popped Chorus Fruit (because that's what regular Purpur Bricks are made of).
The blocks will also randomly purr :).
