Regeneration Beacon Mod

This mod adds a regeneration beacon as an expensive quality of life mod and how it works is you craft the block with 4 note blocks in all corners, nether quarts in between the four note blocks, and one redstone comparator in the center! You right click it to gain regen II for 5 seconds but if you use the new item called netherite book to gain infinite regen I and this mod also adds Steve NPCs though they are only accessible in creative. And the recipe for the netherite book is one book surrounded by netherite ingots and is still survival friendly.
