No isn't an add-on and to let you know isle of berk have shouted down last month. Its a separate mod and for the second question, it's like these. We are trying to give some spotlight to the less popular dragons like from the nine realms or from rise of berk and in future hybrids. But we also are going to have the main dragons, but we are

hello ppl, i am working on this project with many more wonderful ppl, this project called runic isle is going to add all httyd or other httyd related dragons, nine realms included, but don't be surprised if some dragons have a smaaaall redesings, tho those are mostly to the nine realm dragons-join the discord server to get more information
