Features:
Wands: Each one has a different effect and the effect gets stronger with higher tiered wands.
Runic wands: Runic, Magic or Arcane. These have no effect and are only used to craft other wands.
Elemental wands: Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Soul, Body, Light, Dark. These do have effects.
Some of the effects do not show for mobs, only for players.
Fire: Lights a mob on fire.
Water: Slows a mob.
Earth: Poisons a mob.
Air: Knocks a mob away.
Soul: Gives a nausea effect.
Body: Gives a weakness effect.
Light: Gives a wither effect.
Dark: Gives a blindness effect.

Ores:
Can be smelted into Essence. Requires an iron pickaxe or better to mine.
Spawn rate might be tweaked in the future, it's not ideal yet. I feel like Runic should be a lot more common.
Runic: About as common as Gold.
Magic: About as common as Diamond.
Arcane: Rarer than Diamond.

Enchanters: Used for crafting. One use is removed per craft.
Currently only used to exchange eight lower tier Essences for a higher tier.
Can only be used with Essence of the same tier or lower.

Enchanters are made using a brick and eight elemental runes of the same tier.


Bricks and Stairs:

Are crafted from Essence just like normal bricks and stairs.

Essences: Extracted from Runic ores. Each essence has a tier:
The lowest tier is Runic.
The middle tier is Magic.
The highest tier is Arcane.

Runes: Can be crafted from Essence. Are used in different crafting recipes.
To craft Fire runes, put 1 or more Essence together with a blaze rod.
To craft Water runes, put 1 or more Essence together with a water bucket.
To craft Earth runes, put 1 or more Essence together with coal.
To craft Air runes, put 1 or more Essence together with a feather.
To craft Soul runes, put 1 or more Essence together with an Ender eye.
To craft Body runes, put 1 or more Essence together with any type of meat. (No fish/spider eyes.)
To craft Light runes, put 1 or more Essence together with glowstone. (Block!)
To craft Dark runes, put 1 or more Essence together with obsidian.

These are some of the blocks and items available in this mod.
As you can see, there are crafting recipes for the wand and runic wand included, as well as different ores and what you can do with them.
The wand recipe is the same for all runic wands, except the Essences must be replaced with other tiered Essences.
For elemental wands, put a Runic wand of any tier in the middle and surround it with elemental runes of the same tier.

Yeah, but keep in mind that this mod is still in development. Things might be added/removed/recoded. Forge support is planned but currently it is not Forge-compatible.

What kind of message does it give you?
Or do you mean you are not allowed to download RunicCraft?

EDIT: Or do you mean your parents restrict you from downloading?
