Added independent normal player and operator blocking!A small plugin that is devoted to stopping normal grief, including fire, lava, and TNT.For Bukkit (designed for 1.0.1)
This plugin blocks the placement of TNT, lava, and fire, as well as starting fires with the flint and steel tool. Lava will also no longer flow.It's a very simple, nondiscriminatory plugin, and at this point in development, it blocks normal players and ops from placing these blocks. They can be configured in the configuration.yml file or in-game via commands.
Version 1.0.0.
Planned implementations:
1.) Configurable blocking of ops. 2.) Configurable kicking of ops and normal players (it already has a configurable ban. 3.) A better way to stop lava. 4.) Creeper explosion protection. 5.) Anti-Enderman. 6.) Configurable lightning blocking (as suggested by COLEZILLA1). 7.) Commands to handle these events and their configurations.
Simply unzip the .zip file and place it in your plugins folder.

Implemented independent operator and normal player blocking (operators can be configured to place tnt/fire/lava while others can't) and separated the lava.enabled and lava.flow properties. Added new commands to control lava.flow and the operator independent variables, updated permissions. Fixed a permission error that didn't allow you to force a save of config files. Attempted to separate the listeners with the execution code to mixed results; I may attempt to do so once more in the future.

I'll add some sort of explosion proofing mechanic to the plugin as well.
