Help new players find a place to settle without a permanent /rtp.

/rtp plugins are an excellent way to get players out of spawn and cluttered 0, 0 areas in your long term worlds, or just to send them into the wild away from player activity and population. But they usually use commands that break immersion. I have done this in the form of an in game item!

Lightweight plugin, and simple. Drink a Teleportation Potion to land on a pre-checked safe spot. Locations are warmed up in the background so the teleport is instant, then one new spot is found to replace it.

Most importantly, you can configure this so that the potions are automatically given to new players to let them random teleport, while keeping the rest of the playerbase unable to do so.
