To install heropack you need install Fisk Superheroes Mod
In the game, open the settings, then open HeroPack, then open the Open heropack folder, place the archive in the folder that opens, after completing everything, you can exit the settings and play.

If you have problem with sound try this commands /fiskheroes reload --flushSoundCache || /fiskheroes reload --sounds

Amazing hero pack, but Cyclops lasers work very strangely. Can't they be changed? Otherwise, it's an excellent heropack.

Then try deleting the "sounds" folder in your minecraft folder, should help.
