This is a second uploading for the Fallout Mod due to Cyprezz's site maintenance. Appearently a lot of stuff got removed form other people's accounts. But anyways, I think I bit off more than I could chew, and I need all the help I can get. If you want to help me there are a few application references down below for different tasks. Besides the fact, this mod currently hosts:

-Randomly generating Vaults (Unfortunately, they will all be named Vault 101, due to my lack of a team. See Below)

I will take suggestions, but not too many, because I can't add those RIGHT NOW, they will have to be in later updates once the mod is complete.
