Austminer, the owner of his Youtube channel Pineapple Wapples and a very intelligent being has created the Unturned Lucky Block. It's a lucky block addon for Minecraft 1.8.x that is based on the video game Unturned, which is a game on Steam where you gather resources, kill zombies, explore maps based on real places (e. g. Germany, France, California), level up, and much more. The lucky block has a large amount of drops that include things such as swords, bows, blocks, clothes, crafting materials, and zombies from Unturned. Don't be surprised if nothing comes out of a block occasionally; those are simply glitched drops that are nothing to worry about.
The crafting recipe for an Unturned lucky block is a dropper in the center of a 3x3 grid and rotten flesh all around it. It's really not hard to obtain, and also, you can find them naturally generated in your Minecraft world.
