Wool Soldiers Addon

Have you wanted little soldiers that fight eachother? Then I present to you the Wool Soldiers Addon, an Addon inspired by the classic Clay Soldiers Mod. This Addon adds 17 wool soldiers, 6 cavalry and 4 artillery into the game. Wool soldiers and cavalry of different colors will fight eachother to death.

Wool Soldier Interactions:

Stick - Gives wool soldiers a Stick
Cobblestone/Stone - Gives wool soldiers stones. Stones have short range and are very inaccurate but they deal high damage
String - Gives wool soldiers a Bow (Becomes Archer)
Flint and Steel - Gives archers fire arrows (Wool soldier needs to be archer for this to work)
(All Ores/Materials) Axe - Gives wool soldiers a Axe (Becomes Axeman)
(All Ores/Materials) Sword - Gives wool soldiers a Sword (Becomes Swordsman)
Gunpowder - Gives wool soldiers a Flintlock Musket (Becomes Musketeer. Musket bullets deal high damage to both unarmored and armored wool soldiers.)
Blaze Powder - Gives wool soldiers a Cheirōsiphon (Ancient Flamethrower)
Book - Gives wool soldiers wizard abilities. Wizards can throw fireballs and cast spells.
Trident - Gives wool soldiers a Trident. Wool soldiers with a Trident can block melee attacks but not as well with a Shield.
Mace - Gives wool soldiers a Mace. Wool soldiers with a Mace deal high damage to both unarmored and armored opponents but they attack slower.
Coal - Gives wool soldiers a Grenade (Becomes Grenadier)
Arrow - Gives wool soldiers a Spear (Interact two times to make wool soldiers throw spears, interact one time to make them melee)
Sugar - Makes wool soldiers move faster and deal more damage.
Brick - Makes wool soldiers stationary
Flint - Sharpens wool soldiers weapon
Paper - Turns wool soldiers to a Standard Bearer, standard bearers carry their flag around and cannot attack their enemies.
Apple - Turns wool soldiers to a Civilian, civilians are not hostile.
Gold Nugget - Turns wool soldiers to a King. Kings are bigger and other wool soldiers follow them around. They can also detect enemies farther and lead troops there.
Rotten Flesh - Forcefully zombifies wool soldiers
Brown Mushroom - Transforms wool soldiers to a Giant / Smaller Titan. unlike big titans, giants / smaller titans can still use equipment.
Red Mushroom - Transforms wool soldiers to a Titan. Titans are big and they have alot of health.
Bowl - Gives wool soldiers a Shield. Wool soldiers with a Shield can block melee attacks from other wool soldiers.
Leather - Gives wool soldiers Leather Armor
Iron Nugget - Gives wool soldiers Chainmail Armor
Golden Ingot - Gives wool soldiers Golden Armor
Iron Ingot - Gives wool soldiers Iron Armor
Diamond - Gives wool soldiers Diamond Armor
Netherite Scrap - Gives wool soldiers Netherite Armor

Don't forget about Cavalry. Cavalry are small animals that can be ridden by wool soldiers.


Cavalry are small animals that can be ridden by wool soldiers. They are also made of different materials. Cavalry will side with a color once a wool soldier of that color tames them by being close to them or riding them. Upon siding with a color, Cavalry will start to attack wool soldiers and other cavalry of different colors. When their rider dies, they will still fight and they can still be ridden by other wool soldiers of their color.



Current Mounts:

Clay Hog - Same health as wool soldiers. Clay hogs are the slowest mount.
Sandstone Camel - Tiny Camel, same speed with Stone Elephant.
Dirt Horse - Weakest horse, a little faster than Stone Elephant and Sandstone Camel. Runs around when struck with artillery.
Cobblestone Horse - Better horse than the Dirt Horse. Runs a little faster they still run around when struck with artillery.
Iron Horse - Best and fastest horse. They have high health and they just slow down when struck with artillery.Stone Elephant - Biggest Mount. They have the highest health of all cavalry and they can carry 5 wool soldiers.

This addon also has tiny Artillery. Artillery can be used by wool soldiers to strike their opponents from afar. Unlike Cavalry, Artillery can still be used by other wool soldier colors once their operator stops using them.


Current Artillery:

Clay Field Cannon - Works best on flat areas, can use 2 types of charges.
Clay Siege Mortar - Buggy and can work on most terrain, works best on long distances (Within simulation distance)
Clay Ballista Catapult - Works best on flat areas, launches large darts that deal high damage on impact.
Ballista darts can pass through wool soldiers and damage multiple at once.
Clay Onager Catapult - Stereotypical catapult, works best on flat areas and can launch high damage rocks. Can use 2 types of charges.



Now you may be wondering how to change the charge of Artillery. You can change their charge by holding an item, pointing your crosshair at them and interacting.



Clay Field Cannon Charges:

Iron Ingot - Changes charge to Grapeshot, grapeshot deals spread damage like a shotgun.
Coal - Changes charge to Roundshot (Ordinary cannonball)



Clay Onager Catapult Charges:

Coal - Changes charge to Rock, rocks deal high damage and break blocks on impact.
Fire Charge - Changes charge to Incendiary Rock, incendiary rocks set flame on impact
