Yeah, I think you’ve been staring at your screen too long. Try to remember to get up and walk around the house every hour or so, or set alarms if you know you won’t remember (that’s what I did for a while) or especially in between tasks. If you finish coding something and start another, or if you move on to the next section, get up and get some coffee, love on a pet, or just pace around- that helps your brain recognize the switch in between tasks -
