This is a one bedroom, one bath home modern home. I wouldn't call it minimalistic even though it is small.  This is my first modern home using the snow.  It really helps add layers and detail. I would encourage anyone to use snow in your build!

Changed all of the pictures to shaders thanks to Darcy646. Also, changed the link to the website of the server I built it on because they changed names.

Yes but it is very small, I would really like to become a member of WoK. I am waiting for a builder spot to open up.

There aren't builder spots. You just have to apply and if you they think you are good enough you can become a builder.
