i made this unfurnished complex in about an hour (with the help of worldedit)
it has 2 office blocks, one with 40 floors and the other with 30, as well as a large podium beneath (which can have shops and stuff)
the height of the buiding is 171 blocks from ground level
also there's a schematic (i gave the atrium a couple of pillars)
