This version Fixes multiple bugs as well as making the backpacks Wearable as they were NOT in my previous version.. however i made 2 versions of version 2, SO MANY VERSIONS!!!!
they are for 1.8 and 1.9 due to changes in the commands from 1.9 this way i dont need to worry about updating them :)
