How to use the jetpack
First things first, install both Custom Crafting core and Jetpack in your world. Instructions on how to do this is in the spoiler below.

Once that's done, you'll need the new crafting table. This is crafted by dropping a log and an iron ingot together.
Place down the new crafting table, and do this recipe. You'll be given a spawn egg named "Jetpack."

Now, to use it, you must equip it on one of the orange higlighted spots. You'll also need coal as fuel.

How to add VMods to your world
Step 1: Download and run minecraft on the latest 1.9 snapshot. As of this writing it is version 15w51b.
Step 2: Load your world, and do the following command:
/give @p minecraft:command_block
If your world has cheats disabled, you have to open to LAN and enable cheats first.
Step 3: Paste the command from the link below into the command block and set it to "Always active"
