This is just 192 bits of memory, set up to handle 8 bits of input, this uses our compact 1.5 tick D flip flop, the outputs arnt strung together, you can do this if you want, so you only have 8 bits of ouput, but this is what the wool stands for.

but i think you could have saved lots of room if you just made the output on the back...
