Hello! Same experiment as the 16-Byte version... times sixteen. I had to see what it would look like with 8-bit addresses. The memory cells are squished a little from the last version to make it as tight as possible.

Actual Dimensions (without access panels/circuitry): 81x101x80

Longest read time (byte 255) is about eleven seconds due to the output being at the top.

[​UPDATE] Output moved, longest response time is 8-9 seconds. (81x101x81)

Output centered vertically, culled some repeaters and extended it 1 block north just for the extra wire.
