A 252m/block residencial skyscraper in Dorpolis named 367 Grand Place and is located at 367 Grand Avenue.

The building was the first to reach max blocks although only 2nd tallest building up to the roof and tallest in architectural height/ to the spire. It is about 53-storey with each unit is 2 floors. Live in the modern!

The building features the highest infinty pool, biggest residencial units of all apartments, and different building facilities like library, pay lounge and a lot more! Each units has a sky open terrace in each floor.

I won't provide you the download link cauze its not yet a lot done.

Sorry if I'm not good in screenshots its because I'm missing a mod that is need for rendering using only minecraft, thats what I didn't know. I pardon you all. If you know, kindly provide to the comment and thanks!
